As a consumer who does his homework and values both experience and integrity, I could not be happier with the service provided at Old Towne Auto. After years of haggling with mechanics over price and service, I have found a reliable and trustworthy auto repair shop in Old Towne Auto. Unfortunately, many of us have felt wronged or mistreated in the past while attempting to have our automobiles repaired. I can assure that is a thing of the past. Old Towne has provided superior service on all of my vehicles, which include, a Chevrolet Tahoe, Chevy Camaro, Audi Cabriolet, and Nissan Altima. The head mechanic Darin was familiar with each model, and effortlessly made repairs each time. In these economic times it makes sense to save your self some money for quality automotive repairs, while also supporting a local family owned business.

I had some what of a bad oil leak in my truck I took it to a mechanic that I usually to go to all the time he looked at the leak and told me that it was my rear main seal and told me it was going to be $900.00. I then took my truck to Darin at Olde Town Auto for a second opinion he informed me that it was not my rear main seal but my oil presser sending unit, so with that being the real problem Olde Town Auto saved me $ 750.00. They do honest work  are very fast trustworthy mechanics.

I would like to share my great experience I had at Olde Town Auto I went in to get my oil changed, and inspection on my jeep.  Darin (one of the mechanics at the shop) helped me out as soon as I walked into the shop and had done in about half an hour. When I asked where I could get new tires (just about the only thing they don't do..), he went out of his way to help me out and find me the best price in town!  All in all, I am very happy with the customer service I received from Darin and the office manager Victoria. She was very helpful on letting me know what I was charged for, and what I would need fixed on my car next time.  I was really satisfied with my experience, and I’ll  recommend them to anyone. Give them a try... you won’t be disappointed.

I am very pleased to share and extend my experience at Olde Town Auto. I was very impressed with the service, and customer service that I received. This auto shop definitely has a different feel to it than your average "corporate" shops. The lobby is very clean and welcoming, and everyone in the shop is very courteous (unlike the previous corporate shops I have been to). The mechanic (Darin) that worked on my car was very knowledgeable, and very thorough in explaining what was wrong with my car. Darin was very thorough in the repairs that I had done. They were able to accommodate my tight time schedule and gave me the best rates for the work performed almost 1/2 off what I was quoted at the car dealership. If you are in Wheat Ridge, Colorado or anywhere in the Denver Metro for that matter, I recommend you give them a call 720-242-9622 to at least get a FREE estimate. It's likely the savings that you will get and the quality of service will far out way the distance or time it takes to get to them no matter how far you are away. If your are in North Denver, Wheatridge, Golden, Lakeside, Edgewater, or Arvada area you are lucky to live close to such a high quality auto repair shop. As a business owner it was great to see this family owned business provide the type of service and at the cost they did.
